Toitū Te Mahi Pathways is a workforce initiative created by Tupoho Investments to empower rangatahi and young adults as they move toward meaningful futures. Our focus is to support taiohi and aged 14-24 into sustainable employment, tertiary studies, or vocational training that aligns with their aspirations.
Grounded in manaakitanga and whanaungatanga, our programme is designed to work alongside each tauira, ensuring they are supported, confident, and equipped to take their next steps. Our approach follows a structured process that keeps the needs and goals of our rangatahi at the centre.
The typical participant will be motivated and focused. They will have the support of a team who are dedicated to empowering whānau in our community through education and employment.
The career opportunities are varied and the time frames for beginning each of the different trades are dependent on the projects Tupoho Investments are participating in.
